Pumps
- Our prefilters consist of two plates in AISI 316L stainless steel, closed by knobs and easily removable and washable. Inside they contain a stainless steel mesh, with meshes of different sizes, depending on the filtration to be obtained: the passage can be 200 microns (fine retina), 400 microns (medium retina), 800 microns (large retina). They can be mounted directly on our electric pumps with prearranged connections; they can be installed on both the inlet and outlet connections of the product. More frequently they are mounted at the outlet to remove the coarser impurities before packaging or fine filtration. For example they are used in the textile sector, to filter colors; in the ceramic industry; in various applications of the chemical and cosmetic industry, to retain grains of raw materials. In the food industry they are used in the herbal and beverage sector, where filtration is required that retains impurities, but does not eliminate beneficial substances and does not remove body from the product.
