Pumps
- the “RAPID” series sanitary electric pumps, with flexible elastomer impeller and pump body in AISI 316L stainless steel, made from solid bar, NOT from welded or cast sheet metal, therefore with perfectly smooth and compact surfaces, without porosity. These electric pumps are used in the transfer of fluid, semifluid and dense products and are appreciated for being STRONGLY SELF-PRIMING (there is no need to fill the suction tube at first use), and REVERSIBLE (you can reverse the direction of travel), easy disassembly for quick and frequent maintenance and practical to use, in the wheeled version, with electrical system, reverse gear and emergency button on board. They are equipped with standard motors with fixed speeds of 1400, 900 or 700 revolutions per minute; they can also be equipped with a speed variator or a servo-ventilated motor for the application of inverters, to gently transport the product and for very dense or viscous substances, such as pastes, creams, gels, jams, honey, sauces. For some years we have patented the SANITARY execution, keeping in mind the particular needs of the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors in the design, without altering the qualities of reliability and performance that have made the “RAPID” so far appreciated. Compared to the standard execution of the "RAPID", all the parts that could cause stagnation of the product and be a source of contamination have been eliminated: the inside of the pump is a single perfectly smooth body, obtained from a solid bar with a turning process and milling; these features allow CIP (clean in place) washing. Impeller and gaskets are in white SILICONE, certified material suitable for use in contact with food, according to FDA regulations, in implementation of Directive 89/109 EEC and subsequent Regulation EC 1935/2004. The “RAPID SANITARIA” series includes models with flow rates from 240 to 24,000 liters / hour, up to 3 Atm. prevalence. The standard connections are with hose nozzle, but can be fitted with other types of connections on request: DIN, GAS, TRI-CLAMP, FLANGED CONNECTIONS. On request, an AISI 316L stainless steel motor protection hood can be applied.
