- electric pumps, with flexible elastomer impeller and pump body made from solid bar, NOT from welded or cast sheet metal, in AISI 316L stainless steel for the "RAPID" series and for 20 years also in TITANIUM for the "AC series. ". The latter has been expressly studied for the transfer of corrosive acids, not compatible with stainless steel. The flexible impeller is made of acid resistant DUTRAL (EPDM). In the treatment of highly corrosive substances it is important to reduce manual intervention to a minimum and the "AC" series electric pumps meet this need, in fact they are STRONGLY SELF-PRIMING (there is no need to fill the suction hose at first use), and REVERSIBLE ( it is possible to reverse the direction of travel and let the excess liquid flow back during the transfer operations or empty the pipes at the end of the work). They are also easy to disassemble for quick and frequent maintenance and practical to use, in the trolley version, with electrical system, reverse gear and emergency button on board. They are equipped with standard motors with fixed speeds of 1400, 900 or 700 revolutions per minute; they can be equipped with a speed variator or a servo-ventilated motor for inverter application. The “AC” series includes models with flow rates from 540 to 24,000 liters / hour, up to 3 Atm. prevalence. The standard connections are with hose nozzle, but can be fitted with another type of connection on request.
